This is a personal training package designed specifically for you with one goal in mind – to drop a dress size.
This is a fantastic 10 session course which is entirely focused on YOU.
It’s fun, it’s energising, it’s motivational, rewarding and we have a 100% success rate to date!
All you have to do is turn up, train, follow our basic dietary tips (or we can tailor to suit your specific dietary requirements) and stay focused and positive.
You can train 1:1 or with a friend. Whatever your goals we can help you achieve them. We can help you to increase muscle tone and flexibility, strengthen back and core muscles, get fitter and feel stronger, de-stress, gain confidence, lose weight and even learn some real self defence skills!
