Old Farts Fight Club is for people with a few miles on the clock! It’s martial arts, boxing and fitness for anyone who wants to train without competing.
Maybe you used to do some martial arts and fancy getting back into it. Maybe you’ve always fancied a go and never have. Either way, this is your way in.
No experience needed. No pressure to keep up. Contact is always optional, and you go entirely at your own pace. Wherever you’re starting from, and at whatever pace suits you.
You won’t be the oldest or the least fit in the room. Everyone here started exactly where you are. No egos, no intimidating crowd, no twenty-year-olds showing off. Just good training with people who get it.

You’re in safe, friendly hands from your very first session.
You’ll learn proper technique on pads and bags, build real fitness, and pick up genuine martial arts skills. Any partner work is light, controlled and only ever as far as you want to take it. Plenty of our members never spar at all—and that’s completely fine.
Come for the fitness. Come for the skills. Come to clear your head, relieve stress and leave feeling stronger, sharper and more energised.
Whether you’re joining us first thing in the morning or after a busy day, you’ll train at your own pace in a friendly, supportive environment.

1. MOVE BETTER:
Mobility, flexibility, and undoing years of sitting down.
2. GET STRONG:
Real-world strength and a solid core — carrying the shopping, getting off the floor, staying independent.
3. GET YOUR ENERGY BACK:
Fitness you’ll feel on the stairs and the hills. Built up gradually.
4. STRESS-BUST:
Boxing, kickboxing and proper technique — stance, footwork, pads, the lot. The fun part, and the best stress-buster going.

THE CLASSES
Mornings: 7–8am, Monday to Friday
Evenings: 5–6pm, Monday & Thursday
No experience needed. Just bring comfortable clothes and a bottle of water. BOOKING ESSENTIAL!
