MMA CLASSES
The diversity of mixed martial arts training ensures a fun, varied and challenging workout is waiting for you at every session. Our award winning coaches are there to guide and balance your development and to help you become the athlete you aspire to be.
Training sessions are every Monday 7.15pm to 8.30pm. Tuesday 6pm – 7pm. Wednesday and Thursday 7.15pm – 8.30pm.
No previous martial arts experience is necessary.
With a focus on being effective in MMA competition, you will learn skills such as:
- Boxing
- Kickboxing
- Wrestling
- Ju-Jitsu
- Combat Conditioning
Train for fitness or train to be a Champion. There are always opportunities to compete at regular Fight Night events to test your skills in the ring or cage.
