The diversity of mixed martial arts training ensures a fun, varied and challenging workout is waiting for you at every session. Our award winning coaches are there to guide and balance your development and to help you become the athlete you aspire to be.

Training sessions are every Monday to Thursday from 7.15pm to 8.30pm.

No previous martial arts experience is necessary.

Our MMA Program is run over blocks of 12 weeks.

With a focus on being effective in MMA competition, you will learn skills such as:

  • Boxing
  • Kickboxing
  • Grappling
  • Submission Fighting
  • Combat Conditioning

Participants can choose to pay and train per session or on a monthly basis. There will also be regular (optional) opportunities to compete in Fight Night events to test your skills against opponents in the cage.

    I will be nervous about my first fight but I will overcome my nerves and I am going to put on a good performance. I have had fun, learnt a lot, been pushed and motivated and made some really good mates.

    Martial artists are all about discipline, respect and control. The current heavy weight MMA champion is a fire fighter. The contrasts between day jobs and competing are wonderful highlighting the professional discipline behind the sport. This is not a sport for thugs but controlled aggression rather like rugby. ‘It is a noble sport.’
