Our team building events are a brilliant way to motivate staff, let off steam and have fun with a difference.
Our highly experienced coaching team will give you and your team a real boxing experience by guiding you through authentic boxing drills and skills training just like a professional.
Using fight psychology and safety-based boxing challenges, our Team Building Program will engage your people thoroughly – building camaraderie, communication and energy within the workplace.
You’ll learn boxer’s footwork, how to throw effective punches and defend against them, how to ‘bob and weave’ like Mayweather and you’ll take part in fun team games. You’ll work with award winning coaches on pads and practise your new found skills in our bagwork den.
Not only will you be safe with us, but your team will have the best time ever, learning just how much fun real boxing training can be.
You’ll need – a desire to train and have fun. We have everything else.
Don’t forget – it’s a training session so you’ll need to be in good physical health to take part.
Normal gym gear and trainers are fine.
