The diversity of mixed martial arts training ensures a fun, varied and challenging workout is waiting for you at every session. Our award winning coaches are there to guide and balance your development and to help you become the athlete you aspire to be.
Our MMA Program is run over blocks of 12 weeks.
Training sessions are Tuesday & Thursday 7.15 to 8.30pm
No previous martial arts experience is necessary.
With a focus on being effective in MMA competition, you will learn skills such as:
- Submission Fighting
- Combat Conditioning
Participants can choose to renew every 12 weeks and there will also be regular (optional) opportunity to compete in ‘Fight Night’ events to test your skills against opponents in the cage.
